Where appropriate our staff provide self care health information to help you take charge of your health and well being. We are keen to provide information about keeping well through nutrition, exercise, relaxation techniques, limiting alcohol and quitting smoking.
To help you with this we are members of the Pharmaceutical Society’s Self Care Program which means our staff are constantly trained about the topics relevant to your health and well-being. The Self Care Fact cards contain information about how you can take care of yourself and provide contacts to self help organisations that can provide specialized support.
